Exceed Hockey ("we", "us") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the Exceed Hockey app handles and how.

Information we handle

You can browse camps, news, and drills without creating an account. When you register for a camp, the details you provide (such as a player's name) are used only to manage that registration. Participant lists are entered by clubs or coaches and are visible only to people who have the camp's registration code.

How we use information

We use the information solely to operate the app — showing content, managing camp registrations, and providing support. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.

Children's privacy

Exceed Hockey is used by youth players. Any participant information is provided by a parent, guardian, club, or coach. If you believe a child's information has been shared without authorisation, contact us and we will remove it.

Data storage and third parties

Content and uploaded media are stored on secure cloud infrastructure used to run the app. These providers process data only to host the service on our behalf.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold. To make a request, email us at info@exceedhockey.dk.

Du kan se camps, nyheder og øvelser uden at oprette en konto. Når du tilmelder dig en camp, bruges de oplysninger, du angiver (f.eks. en spillers navn), kun til at administrere tilmeldingen. Deltagerlister indtastes af klubber eller trænere og er kun synlige for personer, der har campens tilmeldingskode.

Sådan bruger vi oplysninger

Vi bruger udelukkende oplysningerne til at drive appen — vise indhold, administrere camp-tilmeldinger og yde support. Vi sælger ikke dine personoplysninger, og vi bruger dem ikke til tredjeparts-annoncering.

Børns privatliv

Exceed Hockey bruges af unge spillere. Eventuelle deltageroplysninger angives af en forælder, værge, klub eller træner. Hvis du mener, at et barns oplysninger er delt uden tilladelse, så kontakt os, og vi fjerner dem.

Datalagring og tredjeparter

Indhold og uploadede medier opbevares på sikker cloud-infrastruktur, der bruges til at drive appen. Disse udbydere behandler kun data for at hoste tjenesten på vores vegne.
